Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session, you are fully responsible for informing me at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be deemed forfeit. That said, I know emergencies happen, which works both ways. We will figure it out and reschedule if it happens one time. The standard policy is at least 12 hours in advance of the session to reschedule.
